To be eligible for a return:

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are returned outside the return window.
